The rockStar gives rigging professionals a variety of advantages over flat rigplates. Now professionals have the ability to connect multiple lines from several dimensions to create a floating anchor that before the release of our first 3D rigplate, was cumbersome and complex.
Extend and simplify your three-dimensional rigging with the rockSTAR - all imaginable rope angles are possible. For the professional user it is often out of question to rig three-dimensional. Due to the necessity of anchoring points on the spot, a creative rope course is often unavoidable. This requires rope and karabiner angles which are often not guaranteed by regular rigging plates. In 2011 we released the UFO, the very first 3D rigging plate worldwide, now the rockSTAR. From confined space to rope access technology, height rescue, stunt and tree care, completely new application and rigging possibilities are developing every day in all areas. Although the rockSTAR has only 1/3 of the weight of the original UFO, it offers a wide range of possibilities. Here too, the rigging plate is milled from full CNC. This is how we ensure that all forces acting on the rockSTAR in any conceivable direction can always be applied with a conclusive force curve without bending moment or possible torsion.
