The ARIZONA VORTEX is the ultimate artificially high deflection point. Due to its small packing size, the Arizona Vortex can be easily moved to any location. It can be used in numerous configurations as a tripod, bipod or monopod. Many variations result from the many different ways in which the components can be arranged one below the other. One thing is especially true here: the tool is only as good as the user! The areas of application range from mountain and height rescue to confined space and industrial applications in rope access technology.
The VORTEX can be combined with a wide range of other rock exotica products such as OMNI BLOCK, AZTEK, KOOTENAY and AZORP, thus fulfilling almost any requirement for a portable system. The ARIZONA VORTEX can be safely set up by using interchangeable feet such as RAPTOR FEET for rocky terrain or FLAT FEET for flat surfaces. A combination of both is possible as well as the use of a foot over the headboard. But also here applies:
